The first resident of the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation appeared in the Tazovsky district
To date, 145 entrepreneurs have been granted the status of AZRF resident in Yamal, who are implementing 157 investment projects and plan to create 2,791 jobs.
20 November 2024A new bathing complex will appear in the Tazovsky settlement. It will be erected by a local entrepreneur who has received the status of a resident of the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation. The entrepreneur will implement the business project by the end of 2025 and create 10 new jobs in the district. This was reported by the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Area regional government's press service.
The new resident Regina Rybak received a land plot of 1,300 square metres on lease without tenders, and for the newly created jobs, she will be reimbursed part of the costs of insurance contributions to state non-budgetary funds.
The entrepreneur will build a two-storey log building with an area of 170 square metres, where she will equip a dressing room, a steam room, a wash room, a spa room, a rest room and a non-alcoholic bar. The bathhouse complex will have a parking lot, walking paths, a grilling area with a gazebo and a bathtub.
'I had the idea to create a place for family entertainment a long time ago. I wanted families to be able to have a healthy vacation and for our children in the North to grow up healthy. And we all know how useful baths and tempering procedures are. I think that in the future, our complex will also provide additional health-improving services, such as massage,' said Regina Rybak.
Yamal ranks third among the northern regions in terms of the number of residents, after the Murmansk and Arkhangelsk Regions. Most of the residents' business projects are implemented in the region's cities. Among the districts, Purovsky, Nadymsky and Yamalsky are the leaders in terms of the number of residents.
