The agricultural micro-census has been completed in Yakutia. According to the territorial body of the Federal State Statistics Service of the Republic, more than 65,000 agricultural producers took part in this year's census.

It revealed that the Russian region breeds camels and grows watermelons and melons on an area of several hectares. It is state that 10 camels are in Pleistocene Park. The animals were brought here from the banks of the Volga River in the spring of 2021.

Earlier it was reported that Yakutia's Pleistocene Park scientists were trying to recreate the mammoth steppe ecosystem that was present in the North at the time of the great glaciations. In February it was revealed that another bunch of steppe bison had been delivered to the park.
