During the summer and fall navigation, FSUE Atomflot will provide two round-trip coaster voyages from the European part of Russia to the regions of the Far East. This is reported on the website of the company.

The nuclear-powered cargo ship Sevmorput is to leave the port of Murmansk for St. Petersburg on 15 June. The voyage will take about 6–7 days. In St. Petersburg, the ship will stay for loading. The voyages will be implemented under the Development of the North Sea Route federal project, which is part of a comprehensive plan for the modernisation and expansion of trunk infrastructure.

‘Two subsidised coaster shipments on the nuclear-powered cargo ship Sevmorput are planned to be arranged at reduced rates to the regions of the Far East and back to the European part of Russia,’ said Leonid Irlitsa, Acting General Director of FSUE Atomflot. ‘This is a real chance for absolutely any cargo owner to deliver their goods at the price of cargo transportation. There is no need to pay for the freight of a nuclear-powered cargo ship.’

FSUE Atomflot is working on opening a regular seasonal shipping line in the waters of the North Sea Route.

In the summer and autumn navigation of 2022, the first voyage of the nuclear-powered cargo ship Sevmorput will take place on the route St. Petersburg–Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky–Murmansk from 22 June to 1 August. The second voyage is scheduled for September.
